SIMI FASTENING SYSTEMS is dedicated to designing, manufacturing and distributing theft resistant fasteners and the related installation tools to companies and government agencies concerned with mounting and maintaining traffic signs.

Fasteners are our only business, which means we are a supplier to traffic sign manufacturers and not a competitor.

Our original product, the Vandlgard-Nut, was developed in 1975 from a similar aerospace fastener. Other fasteners have been developed for the special requirements of the United States Forest Service, the United States Coast Guard and the California Department of Transportation, among others. Besides our own designs, we distribute nuts, rivets and bolts purchased from other manufacturers. Currently we stock over 75 different fasteners used by the traffic control industry.

Our objective is to supply top quality hardware at very competitive prices. Nearly all orders are shipped the same day they are entered.
